About the Billing Quantity Dashboard
Accessed from the Drug Spend Analytics tab, the Billing Quantity dashboard helps practices identify where drugs are billed incorrectly, leading to missed revenue opportunities. This can enhance billing accuracy, maximize revenue, and prevent revenue leakage by leveraging the national drug database to compare gross charges against unbilled quantities.
Dashboard Overview
Key Features
Identify billing errors: The dashboard highlights discrepancies between the billed and the correct number of drug units, helping practices pinpoint missed revenue opportunities.
Audit drug costs and profit margins: Use the dashboard to audit drug costs and profit margins, ensuring your practice takes necessary actions to close revenue gaps and prevent revenue leakage.
Pre-claim and post-claim assessment: Assess pre-claim billing quantity issues, allowing for charge adjustments before claim submission. You may also use this information to review submitted claims, adjust drug quantities in an appeal, and submit for additional revenue.
