About Dynamic Denial Prevention
Available under Denials Intelligence, the Dynamic Denial Preventions dashboard displays all claims for the last 60 days by default and provides several filters that allow you to search the data and filter the dashboard for your needs.
Use the available filters to further narrow the list of claims displayed by one or more of the following criteria.
Customer Transaction Date
Claim Type
Claim No.
Payer
Patient Name
Patient ID
Glide Prediction Category
Prediction Available
Dynamic Denial Preventions
When viewing the Dynamic Denial Preventions dashboard, the underlined value lets you know what data is currently in focus.
To see predictions for the selected timeframe, click CLAIMS WITH PREDICTION (highlighted in the example image).
Claims with Prediction
When viewing CLAIMS WITH PREDICTION, the dollar value (and number of claims) displays for each Glide Prediction Category represented in the selected claims. The pie chart is a graphical representation of the same information.
To focus on claims for a specific Glide Prediction Category, click the dollar amount for the category. The dollar amount of the selected category will then be underlined and the list of claims updated to include the claims in that category for the selected date range.
Reviewing Claims Details
Once you have selected the claims you want to review on the Dynamic Denial Preventions dashboard, scroll down to see the details of the currently selected claims at the bottom of the page.
To dig into a specific claim, click the row for that claim. For more about this option, click CLAIM EVENT LOG below.
To show the claims for one of the patients listed, click their Patient ID or Patient Name. The list of claims opens in a new browser tab. To learn more, click PATIENT SPECIFIC CLAIMS below.
