About the Dispense Reconciliation Dashboard
Dashboard Overview
Use the Dispense Reconciliation dashboard to uncover drugs dispensed to patients but not reflected in claims. By identifying these missed charges, the dashboard helps maximize profits through more accurate billing and cost recovery.
Lynx integration
The dashboard pulls data from Lynx, our drug dispense and inventory management tool, and integrates seamlessly with McKesson's systems to deliver real-time insights.
Using the Dashboard
Detect discrepancies between the quantity of drugs dispensed and the quantity billed
Access the Dispense Reconciliation dashboard from the Drug Spend Analytics tab (Rx icon).
Use the Date of Service dropdown to select a date range.
For convenience, there are several preset Date of Service options at the bottom of the date selector, including buttons for Last 7 Days, This Month, Last Month, Last 6 Months, and This Year.
