About the ROI Dashboard
Accessed via the Analytics tab, the Return On Investment (ROI) dashboard provides a quantified view of the return on investment for implementing Glide Health's proprietary API and machine learning models.
This helps practices see exactly how much money has been recovered and how their operational efficiency has increased over time, highlighting the impact of our solutions in real time.
Dashboard Overview
ROI Calculation: Quantifies the ROI for practices by showing the financial impact of implementing Glide Health’s AI-driven tools.
Detailed Category Analysis: Provides metrics and trends for Denial Core Predictions, Billed Quantity, Charged to Paid, and Operational Efficiency.
Performance Comparison: Compares the total charges submitted by the practice and the additional amounts recovered due to Glide Health’s AI predictions.
Operational Efficiency Metrics: Tracks reductions in claims resubmissions, showcasing how Glide Health helps practices improve their billing workflows and reduce future denials.
Select a Date Range
As the Return On Investment (ROI) dashboard is driven by the date of service, select a Date of Service range, and the data displayed is updated automatically to match the selected dates.
For convenience, there are several preset Date of Service range options below the date selector, including buttons for Last 7 Days, This Month, Last Month, Last 6 Months, and This Year.
Charged to Paid Ratio
Shown at the top of the graph, just below the Date of Service field, the Charged to Paid Ratio is the comparison of submitted charges with the actual amount reimbursed by payers.

Select a category by clicking it in the graph to see a visual display of performance for the select date range.
